I’m already buying direct from a factory or agent

There may be certain products where we can be more competitive than even buying direct, so it’s worth bench testing prices every now and again to ensure you get the best price and service.

Payment profiles

Payment profiles are generally 30% deposit upon sample approval and balance prior to shipping from the far east.

Artwork and PP samples

Our factories are happy to produce PP samples, subject to set up costs being paid and can produce production artwork for approval.

Factory accreditation and product testing

Our factories all have high standards and lots of accreditation. We can direct your enquiries to the appropriate factory that fits your particular brief. Product testing can be undertaken on your behalf and is charged at cost.

Our factories are all working hard to gain the appropriate eco credentials and we have worked hard to develop environmentally friendly alternatives to popular products and materials. Please ask if specific documentation is required.
